Happy Father's Day!

We are thrilled to welcome Mrs. Hannah Hendricks to our Kindergarten team at JES!
Hi! My name is Hannah Hendricks. I am so excited to be a teacher at the school where I grew up! I started my journey as paraprofessional back in 2019, and have been teaching ESE Pre-K for 3 years in Milton.
I have a passion for working with young children and love watching them grow!
My husband, Jared, and I are in the process of adopting our first child, Tamaya. She is going to be a 6th grader at Jay this year!
We are proud members of our church at Mt. Carmel, and we enjoy being apart of the children’s program there. I am looking forward to this new chapter of my life and am excited for the school year to begin!

We are so excited to announce that Kelly Burke will be joining our Kindergarten team!
My name is Kelly Burke, and I am truly honored to join the Jay Elementary family. With 13 years of experience in elementary education—10 of those in kindergarten—I have found my passion in helping young learners build a strong foundation during this important and exciting stage of their development. It is a privilege to be part of a child’s first school experiences, and I take that responsibility to heart.
I am a proud graduate of the University of West Florida and hold certifications in Elementary Education and Educational Leadership.
My husband, Patrick, our son, Bryson, and I recently returned to Pace after living in Denver, Colorado for the past five years. We’re grateful to be back home, close to our loved ones, and excited to grow roots in this wonderful community once again.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family at the beach, gardening, and cheering on our favorite sports teams.
I look forward to meeting you all!

Welcome to Mrs. Ashley Wilkins! She will be joining our 4th grade team!
Hi! My name is Ashley Wilkins & I’m ecstatic to be joining the Royal Cub family! I have taught 3rd and 4th grade & this will be my sixth year teaching. My favorite subjects to teach are Math and Science, but my true love in the classroom is making any lesson fun! I have a sweet & spicy nine-year old daughter named Azlyn, who shares my Disney puzzle and Lego building obsessions with me! My husband, Walker, recently finished medical school & we feel blessed to have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of others through our careers & share our passion for serving others. My two pups are named Ollie & Duke which are both Harry Potter references, another love of mine✨ If I’m not spending time with my family or in my classroom, you can probably find me at TJ Maxx, Target, or Chick-fil-a! The best thing about being a Royal so far is the beautiful sunsets I see as I’m leaving the school 🌅 I look forward to meeting y’all real soon!

Attention parents of upcoming 3rd graders! Y'all know Mrs. Lisa loves a fun competition 😀

We are so excited to add Brandy Walraven to our 4th grade team!
My name is Brandy Walraven, and I’m so excited to be joining the team here at Jay Elementary! I graduated from the University of West Florida and have spent the past four years teaching third grade. Teaching is truly my passion, especially when it comes to reading—I love helping students discover their niche and inspiring a lifelong love of learning.
Outside the classroom, I’m a proud mom to two amazing kids, ages 13 and 10. As a family, we love spending time at the beach, being with loved ones, and anything that involves animals—big or small, especially the ones with scales!
I’m thrilled to be part of this community and can’t wait to get to know my students, their families, and my fellow educators. Here’s to a wonderful school year ahead!

There will be a School Board meeting on June 10th at Central School.

Don't forget that today is early release! Have a great Summer!

We need your help getting all of our amazing books back into the library before summer break!

It's been a great year in Kindergarten at JES! Yesterday, each class celebrated their accomplishments. Congratulations to these Little Royals!
